The Ford Mustang Mach-E, designed from scratch as a fully electric vehicle, showcases an impressive driving range of approximately 370 miles under the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) regulations. However, with the onset of electric vehicles, friction braking, which is traditionally self-cleaning, has been demoted to a back-up system, leading to issues like rust build-up and contamination due to less frequent usage.
